Privacy policy

Photo Album AI ("the service") helps you create albums and collages from your photos. This page explains what information is kept, where, and what you can do with it.
What we keep
Account details: email address, name, profile picture (if you add one), preferred language and plan.
When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Your photos and albums — see the next section.
Your photos
Photos are processed and analysed on your own computer, in the browser or the app (smart selection, face detection, categories). The analysis is not sent to a server for processing.
On the free plan, photos and albums are kept on your computer only.
Paid plans also keep a private cloud copy (original photos, previews, the albums and their analysis results) so you can continue on any device. Only you can see it, and anyone you share an album link with.
When you import from Google Photos, we receive only the photos you pick, read-only.
How information is used
Only to run the service: your account, saving and sync, sharing you ask for, account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset) and support.
We do not sell information, show ads, or use your photos to train models.
Support can see an album's content only if you turn on "support access" in your account settings, and only for a limited time.
Service providers
Supabase — accounts, database and cloud storage. Vercel — website hosting. Resend — account emails. Google — sign-in with Google and picking photos from Google Photos.
Each provider receives only what its role requires.
Security and retention
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and cloud files are kept in private storage reachable only through your account.
An album you delete is deleted from the cloud too. You can ask us to delete your whole account and all its information.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download and ask to delete your information at any time.
